When you submit your details through the Keiste Solar Report (the “Report”), we collect and process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.

Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest and/or consent — specifically, to provide you with the information or service you have requested.

3. Sharing Your Information

To deliver a complete service, we may share your contact details and report information with trusted third parties such as:

Certified solar installers who can provide quotations or site assessments;
Financial partners or lenders who offer green-energy finance or payment plans;
Energy service providers or engineers assisting in report generation or installation feasibility.
