These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of website design and related services by Keiste, Republic of Ireland ("Keiste", "we", "us", "our") to the client ("Client", "you", "they").

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Keiste provides rapid-turnaround, AI-assisted website creation services for the Irish market.

Core Website Packages

• Business Package: €299.99
• Web Store Package: €399.99

Each package includes:

• AI-assisted website build based strictly on information provided in the onboarding document
• One (1) website version
• One (1) 20-minute live video session with a Keiste representative to assist with:
  • Adding or adjusting client-provided copy
  • Adding or adjusting client-provided images or video

2. Turnaround Time

Work begins only after the client invoice is paid via Stripe and the conversion passes a validation period of 3 business days to confirm the sale has not been cancelled, refunded, or disputed. This usually takes 4 to 7 days after payment however it can take longer.

The onboarding document should be completed and submitted in full within 24 hours of payment.

Delays in onboarding information or feedback pause delivery timelines.

Delays beyond this period caused by the client will be charged at €100 per week. Up to 4 weeks. Beyond which the contract will be terminated and no refund shall be issued.

3. Scope of Work & Change Policy

Included

• Website creation strictly aligned with the onboarding document
• Minor adjustments made during the 20-minute live session

Not Included (unless purchased separately)

• Additional revisions
• Copywriting beyond AI-generated draft content
• Image sourcing beyond AI-generated imagery
• Design changes outside the original brief (€75 per revision)
• Additional meetings or calls (€75 per meeting)
• Feature requests or integrations not stated in onboarding
• Ranking on page 1 of the Google Search Engine Results Page for relevant keyword search terms (this is the job of an SEO)

👉 Once the Client signs off on the website at the end of the session, all further work is considered out of scope and billable.

4. Sign-Off & Acceptance

Website sign-off may be provided by email, written confirmation, or implied by:

• Website going live, or
• Requesting additional work

Upon sign-off:

• The project is deemed complete
• No free revisions are permitted
• Any additional requests will be quoted separately

5. Additions

Some of these services are included in the e-commerce and premium packages (* denotes services included in these packages only):

• Obligatory website hosting (€75 / month)
• * Domain name purchase and renewal (included for 1 year in all packages – €75 annually thereafter)
• * Terms of Service (free assistance – all packages)
• * Privacy Policy (free assistance – all packages)
• * Business email setup (no charge)
• * Google Analytics setup (€150 flat-fee)
• Business email hosting (€25 / month for up to 3 accounts – €10 per account thereafter)
• Branding work (€150 flat-fee)
• SEO copy optimisation work (€150 flat-fee)
• Google Search Console setup (€150 flat fee)
• Ongoing maintenance or support (€150 / month. 1 request per week non-accruing)
• Ad-hoc support (€75 per request)

Pricing for add-ons will be quoted separately and must be paid in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete onboarding information
• Ensure they have the legal right to all content supplied
• Review work promptly
• Attend the scheduled 20-minute session on time

The client will be responsible for providing their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. However, we are happy to assist in this regard if they do not have one. The client understands we are not solicitors. We do not give legal advice. We recommend getting these legal documents reviewed by a solicitor before site launch. We accept no legal responsibility for these documents.

⏱ Missed or late sessions are forfeited and not rescheduled.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Websites are created using AI tools in combination with human oversight

AI-generated text, images, or layouts may:

• Require editing for accuracy or tone
• Contain factual or stylistic inaccuracies

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to sign-off.

Keiste accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated content after approval.

8. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required upfront

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Work begins once the client invoice is paid via Stripe and the conversion passes a validation period of 3 business days to confirm the sale has not been cancelled, refunded, or disputed

No refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to provide onboarding information
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and sign-off, the Client is granted a licence to use the final website

Keiste retains the right to:

• Reuse non-confidential design patterns
• Showcase the work in portfolios or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Irish law:

Keiste shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential losses

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.

11. Termination

Keiste reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

• The Client behaves abusively or unreasonably
• Payment obligations are not met
• The Client attempts to expand scope without payment

No refunds apply in cases of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
